| 1.The backdoor structure is adopted for the pump, saving the need
of dismantling the pipeline in maintenance and repair 2.The inlet and outlet flanges are designed in the pressure of 1.6Mpa. 3.The impeller is in the structure of three blades (or six blades) and in open type. It is characterized with high efficiency and does not need thrust compensation. It can be easily repaired; and the risk of blocking is reduced. 4.The pump shaft is supported by the assembly of imported SKF cylindrical roller bearing and radial thrust ball bearing (angular contact), which are lubricated with oil and wear resistant under heavy load. The cylindrical roller bearing is installed in the front of the pump; the radial thrust ball bearing is fitted on the transmission side face to face with the cylindrical roller bearing. 5.The shaft seal mainly includes pump ring plus single end surface mechanical seal, packing seal, single end surface mechanical seal, tandem type mechanical seal, double end surface mechanical seal, pump ring and single end surface mix seal and dynamic mechanical seal. The user may choose the appropriate seal according to practical requirements and working conditions. 6.Paraffin precision casting is adopted for the impeller, which has gone through dynamic balance check. 7.The materials include cast iron, cast steel, general stainless steel and two-phase stainless steel. | ||
